The commercial quality stainless steel probe measures internal food temperature during cooking and features a 3-feet length 700 degree Fahrenheit heat resistant cord. Easy-set rotary dial lets you select one of the USDA recommended temperature presets or set your own custom temperature. Audible alarm sounds when the desired temperature is reached.
