Agri-Fab, model #45-0527, 110 lb. Tow Spreader is designed for lawns up to about 17,500 sq. ft. coverage; roughly ? acre. The steel rod flow control is easy to open/close and not subject to failure due to rusting up like a cable control. The rustproof poly hopper and spreader plate increase product life. It has an on/off control that is accessible from tractor seat for convenience. It comes with a solid steel axle and heat treated steel gear for durability. It will spread up to 10' spread width for reliable coverage. The pneumatic tires provide better traction, particularly important when spreading salt or ice melt on icy surfaces.
