Shopping HardwareHank.com lets you support your local store, all while having access to an expanded product assortment that your local store may not have in stock.

Here’s how it works: 

Our unique business model lets you shop the local store you love supporting, while giving you access to thousands of products they couldn’t quite fit in the storeroom.

If the store down the street doesn’t have what you’re looking for, we’ll ship it to them directly. And if they already have it in stock? We’ll let you know as you check out whether it’s available for same day pick up. (Just be sure to get your order in at least two hours before closing time.) If your chosen store offers curbside pickup, that’ll be noted at checkout too. 

When your order is ready, you’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email. Bring your order number and a photo ID - you’ll need both when you pick up your items. 

If your order was eligible for curbside pickup, call the store phone number (located on your order confirmation) when you arrive and let them know you’re there to pick up.

Our members are locally owned, and that means they call their own shots. Some even offer home delivery - if your items are eligible for this service, they’ll be noted as such when you add them to your cart. You’ll receive a confirmation email and your store will be in contact with delivery details. (Fees may apply.)
